Message us and we'll connect promptly. Discuss your ideas and details with us for the shoot!

2. BOOK A DATE

Confirm your shoot by filling out our booking form, placing a deposit, and we'll promptly send an invoice with all details.

3. THE BIG DAY

On shoot day, we'll create a relaxed atmosphere; just be yourself and let us capture the moments!

4. PHOTO SELECTION

View and pick your favourites from our online gallery; if overwhelmed, we're here to help with selections. Just let us know!

5. PHOTO DELIVERY

Once you've chosen, expect your edited photos in the online gallery within 2-3 weeks. Need some shots earlier? Just give us a heads up!

6. FEEDBACK

We cherish your feedback. Let us know how we did, and if there's anything else you need, we're here to help!


Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a session?

It's simple! Just drop us a message on our contact page or DM us via IG. We'll chat about the details and find a date that works for both of us.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests when we can!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session.

Session Details

Can I choose the location for my shoot?

Absolutely! We love exploring new locations. If you have a specific spot in mind, let's chat about it. If not, we have plenty of favourite places we can suggest.

What should I wear for my shoot?

We recommend earthy tones and white outfits, as they bring out a natural and timeless look in photos. They complement most settings beautifully!

What if the weather isn't good on the day of our outdoor shoot?

Mother Nature can be unpredictable! If the weather isn't cooperating, we can reschedule to another day or discuss alternative indoor locations.

Photo Delivery

How long will it take to get my photos?

We typically deliver the final edited photos within 2-3 weeks of your shoot. If you need them sooner, let us know and we'll do our best to expedite the process.

How will the photos be delivered?

Your photos will be available through an online gallery. Once they're ready, we'll send you an email so you can view and download them at your convenience.

Can I select the photos myself?

Absolutely! For events and weddings, where there's a vast array of shots, if you feel daunted by the selection process, simply choose your must-have moments (like group photos), and we'll handpick the rest for a well-rounded collection. Just let us know your preference!

Will I receive all photos from the session?

Our package guarantees a specific number of edited photos. If you'd like the entire set of unedited images, there's a supplementary charge. Please check our rate card for details.

How are the photos edited? Do you use Photoshop for retouching?

Our editing primarily focuses on colour correction to ensure the photos have a natural and consistent look. We do not use Photoshop for retouching or altering the original essence of the photo. We believe in capturing authentic moments and presenting them in their genuine beauty.

Can I ask for revisions on the edited photos?

We want you to be thrilled with your photos. If there's something specific you'd like adjusted, please let us know. We offer 1 complimentary revision, after which there may be an additional charge.
